DC midfielder joins USA for friendly

CHICAGO ó U.S. Menís National Team head coach Jurgen Klinsmann Monday added D.C. United midfielder Perry Kitchen to the U.S. roster for the USA vs Mexico match.

He replaced Michael Orozco, who will not travel to San Antonio following discussions with his club.

Kitchen, who scored his first two goals of the season in United's 2-2 home draw with the Red Bulls Saturday night, made his senior team debut when he entered as a substitute in the USA's 2-0 victory over Panama on Feb. 8 at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif.

The 64th edition of the USA-Mexico rivalry takes place at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.

The game will be broadcast live on FOX Sports 1, UniMas and Univision Deportes Network.

The U.S. roster:
